Full Instrument Disassembly

We disassemble the entire instrument including removing all slides and caps as well as disassembling the valves. After that we de-grease all the parts of the instrument.

Chem Clean and Tube Polishing

The dissassembled and degreased instrument is then set into mild acids which break apart any buildup inside the instrument.

We then use motorized brushes to scrub every part of the inner tubes that we can reach. Anything we cant reach with the brushes will be done by hand tools.

Removal of any reachable dents

After the chem clean and tube polishing process, we remove any dents that we are able to reach. This is all included in the chem clean at no extra charge.

Reassembly including valve alignment and more

We reassemble the instrument, replacing the felts and corks. We do a precision valve alignment and then do a final play test. Afterwards we finish the process with a full polish.
