1963 King Super 20 Symphony Silversonic Bb Trumpet
This King Super 20 Symphony model was made between 1960 and 1965 by the H.N. White Company, one of America’s premier brass instrument manufacturers. As the top professional trumpet of its era, the Super 20 is highly sought after, with this 1049-S Symphony variation being especially desirable. It features a solid Sterling Silver bell and leadpipe, dual bore design (.458"/.468"), and a silver-plated body, likely factory original. This 1963 Symphony Silversonic model predates the introduction of the Silver Flair, marking a transitional period when King began offering silver plating. The bell is stamped "Sterling Silver," and the valve casing is marked "DB" for Dual Bore.
Condition: Great condition with the horn having been redone at some point with the bell engraving worn in several places
