This is a beautifully relacquered Conn 22B Victor "Early Model" Bb trumpet from 1954. It was not fully restored, but it has been fully relacquered. There is some nickel loss on the 1st bottom cap.
 
This 22B is functionally identical to the 22B New York Symphony "Late Model". 
 
For all intents and purposes, the 1953/1954 22B Victor turned out to be a transitional model. The 1955 model 22B Victor had lacquered nickel trim in different areas which moved around a bit until the final version in 1958. 
 
This is a wonderfully playing horn that slots well and has a beautiful core to the sound.
